Events Manager – i360 £32,000 + Bonus

The Brighton i360 is a leading visitor attraction in Brighton, offering unique experiences for guests of all ages. We host a variety of events, from private celebrations to corporate gatherings, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our visitors.

The Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events within the attraction, ensuring seamless operations and a high level of guest satisfaction. This role requires a strategic approach to event planning, supplier coordination, and revenue management to maximise the attraction’s offerings

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Coordination

  • Plan and manage a diverse range of events, including corporate functions, private parties, and promotional activities.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and deliver tailored experiences.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including food, operations, and marketing, to ensure smooth execution.
  • Develop event schedules, logistics plans, and contingency strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and licensing requirements.

Guest Experience & Customer Service

  • Provide exceptional customer service to event clients and attendees.
  • Oversee on-the-day event operations, acting as the key point of contact for clients.
  • Manage and resolve any guest issues or challenges efficiently.
  • Gather and analyse guest feedback to continuously improve event offerings.

Revenue & Budget Management

  • Work closely with the finance team to develop event pricing strategies and revenue goals.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective planning without compromising quality.
  • Identify opportunities for premium experiences and upselling within events.

Marketing & Partnerships

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote event offerings through digital and offline channels.

  • Plan and execute promotional campaigns to attract new event clients.

Supplier & Stakeholder Relations

  • Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, including caterers, AV suppliers, and entertainers.

  • Ensure all suppliers align with i360’s sustainability values and guest experience standards.
