We have a huge amount of outdoor poster frames and sites across London and the UK that are used by our Creative Studio team to create spill boards, which see elements of the artwork extending up and beyond the confines of the frame. We’ve been known to add large 3D props to sites, lights, sound, vinyls, and smoke machines. We also help clients bring experiential ideas and campaigns to life, providing set, actors, and locations.
The role requires a willingness to take briefs and design instruction from our Lead Designer to produce excellent client-facing work. Requiring an ability to prepare large format artwork for print, general artworking, and knowledge of 3D software for modelling and taking renders.
What You’ll be Doing:
- Bring ideas to life by creating mock-ups that showcase how creative projects will look when delivered.
- Craft final designs, ensuring all elements are polished and print-ready.
- Push creative boundaries, delivering high-quality, cost-effective designs that stand out.
- Work closely with team members to align creative elements, timelines, and costs.
- Stay ahead of deadlines, proactively managing your workload and communicating any challenges early.
- Trust your design instincts, making confident creative decisions that contribute to the team’s success.
- Adapt and own your work, seamlessly picking up and handing over project elements at different stages.
