Digital Marketing Specialist
About the Role:
Adecco are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join a client in Kingsclere. We are looking for someone with expertise in SEO, lead generation, social media and content creation.
You\’ll be responsible for:
- Managing and updating our WordPress website.
- Creating eye-catching LinkedIn posts using Canva.
- Writing engaging content for social media and project reviews.
- Running and optimising Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Managing email marketing and CRM connectivity.
- Analysing marketing performance and improving strategies.
What We Need:
- 5+ years in digital marketing.
- Strong skills in SEO, WordPress and lead generation tools.
- Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns and analytics.
- Canva and copywriting skills for engaging content.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- A digital marketing qualification (preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in consultancy, software or engineering industries.
- Knowledge of EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction).
Job Details:
Temporary (3-6 months, potential for permanent)
37.5 hours/week
Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
