What You’ll Be Doing

As a Pre-Travel Executive, you’ll assist guests with travel preparations, handle queries, and ensure they have all the information needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. You will interact with direct bookers, travel agents, and third-party partners such as Jet2 and British Airways, providing exceptional support and ensuring a stress-free pre-travel experience.

We prioritise making the booking process as smooth as possible and ensuring guests have everything, they need before and during their stay. With service excellence at the heart of what we do; offering a wealth of choice; peace of mind, and wonderful holidays, we're looking for someone who can deliver really great guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for guests, answering queries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate pre-travel information, including villa details, check-in procedures, and local recommendations.
  • Assist with special requests, booking amendments, and extras such as car hire and transfers.
  • Manage communications with direct bookers, travel agents, and third-party partners, ensuring all documentation is correct.
  • Identify and resolve pre-travel issues, proactively addressing concerns before they escalate.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure a seamless guest experience.
