Marketing Manager – Brand & PR
Stark , a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is looking for a Marketing Manager – Brand & PR who is as passionate about great service as we are.

What you’ll be doing:
- Support the portfolio of STARK UK business brands from an operational marketing perspective to drive awareness, engagement, loyalty, sales, and enviable market share.
- Assist in the mapping, analysis, and documentation of current business processes.
- Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives using Lean principles.
- Support the measurement and reporting of process improvements to ensure impact and alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Participate in Lean workshops and problem-solving sessions to identify and resolve issues.
What you’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks is preferred.
- Experience in creating process maps in BPMN format.
- Understanding of Lean principles and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping).
- Analytical skills to assess and interpret data to support decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with process management tools is a plus.
Experience:
- Some experience in a Lean process improvement or related role.
- Familiarity with business processes and operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Some travel to branches required.
