About the Role: We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have authority over decisions related to income, costs, payroll, and investments. This role involves advanced financial analysis, strategic planning, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use advanced financial analyses and modelling to simulate economic scenarios and determine the company’s present and future financial condition.
- Research and report on factors influencing company performance, and analyze and predict market trends.
- Monitor reporting systems, prepare accurate financial reports and statements, interpret data, and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Manage accounting, budgeting, cash flow, and review cost-reduction strategies.
- Maintain external relationships with auditors, solicitors, and other statutory organizations.
- Oversee a small team of accounts professionals.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in finance management within a commercial environment.
- Immediate availability and ability to commit to work for the next 3-6 months.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
