Position: Senior Bid Manager
Location: West Sussex / Mid Sussex – Crawley Office with Hybrid working – Covering Southern Region
Salary: £75k-£85k Negotiable + (Car Allowance £5k+)(Additional packaged benefits)
(Total Salary and Car Allowance Package roughly £90k+)
About the Company:
Our client is a well-established Tier 1 contractor who operates nationally across the UK. Year on year they go from strength to strength and due to business demands, they are now recruiting for a Senior Bid Manager to join their busy team.
They cover a variety of sectors including DFE, BTR, Healthcare, Commercial and Leisure, so experience with bids for any of these areas would be a huge benefit. Projects value from £20m up to £100m.
Key Responsibilities of the role:
- Bid Strategy & Development: Define win plans, develop bid strategies, and ensure alignment with client needs.
- Stakeholder & Team Collaboration: Engage internal/external stakeholders, manage bid governance, and mentor team members.
- Bid Execution & Quality Assurance: Oversee bid programme, write/review quality responses, and ensure timely submissions.
- Risk & Competitive Analysis: Track and mitigate risks, conduct competitor analysis, and optimize win themes.
- Process Improvement & Reporting: Enhance bid management best practices, oversee design/production, and provide progress reports.
