Are you an experienced Bid Manager looking for an opportunity to join a digital agency? We’re looking for an ambitious and collaborative Bid Manager to lead and enhance this company's bid process. In this role, you’ll support and develop a small bid team while working closely with subject matter experts to secure exciting new business opportunities. Please note - this is a hybrid role.
About the role:
As the leader of a talented bid team, you’ll be instrumental in managing end-to-end bid activities, crafting compelling proposals, and collaborating with various teams to deliver winning pitches. Your blend of creativity, precision, and leadership will enhance our business development efforts and brand presence across key sectors.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the bid process, from identifying opportunities to submission and feedback analysis.
- Manage bid timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Develop persuasive and tailored proposals.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for insights and input.
- Align proposals with client needs and expectations.
- Lead and develop the bid team.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and senior leadership to refine bid strategies.
