The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Database Administrator to support a key project aimed at migrating all commercial agreements into our CRM system and updating client records with agreement information. The role would be suited to a professional, diligent individual who has previous administration or data base entry experience.
This role is critical in ensuring the integrity, accessibility, and accuracy of our contract data, facilitating seamless contract management across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining a centralised, well-structured contract repository allowing for greater visibility across our sales teams.

The Team
You will be joining the Contracts team who support our Recruitment Consultants on the sales floor by producing and reviewing terms of business with our clients and compliance for the candidates we place into companies. Working as part of the wider Core Functions team of pro-active, highly engaged and driven individuals, we exist to provide world class service to our clients, candidates and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities in this role
- Database Management: Oversee the migration of all commercial agreements into the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of contract data.
- Data Entry & Record Maintenance: Accurately input and update contract details, client records, and relevant metadata within the CRM, maintaining an organised and easily retrievable contract repository.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of contract records to verify data integrity, identify inconsistencies, and implement necessary corrections.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the contracts and IT teams to ensure contract data aligns with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Training & User Support: Assist internal teams in navigating the CRM system for contract-related queries and provide guidance on best practices for contract entry and retrieval.
