G’s Fresh Ltd and their Beetroot operation in March packs over 17.5k tonnes each year, a site with industry-leading automation and a significant workforce, supplying the UK’s leading supermarkets with fresh, healthy Beetroot products.
Our Distribution Team Leader will ensure the efficient running of the distribution departments, managing intake and departure effectively while maintaining Health & Safety standards.
The role will liaise with many teams across the organisation including despatch, harvest, production, commercial, and the site leadership team.
The role will ensure accurate stock control and delivery against SLA’s to both internal and external customers.
We are looking for individuals with proven experience within storage and logistics as well as a track record of successfully managing a team with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
