Global B2B agency has a rare opening for a Senior Media Account Manager to join their well established and award winning media team. The role would suit someone is already a Senior Account Manager and looking to move to the next level quickly.
About the Role:
As a Senior Media Account Manager, you\’ll lead a small team, own client relationships, and develop strategic media responses to client briefs. Your role includes setting high standards, supporting client work, and overseeing team outputs. You\’ll also contribute to revenue recognition and client forecasting.
- Develop a deep understanding of clients, their marketing goals, team dynamics, business structure, and MarTech stack.
- Work on a varied and interesting selection of B2B tech brands
- Provide strategic insights on relevant industry topics to guide client decisions.
- Collaborate with direct reports, external vendors, and specialist teams to develop strategic media responses.
- Own client work and communication, including organizing and facilitating client meetings and reviews.
About you
- Proven experience in client-facing media planning roles, with a track record of executing successful campaigns across various channels (B2B would be ideal)
- The ideal candidate will have a strong history in a client-facing, media planning role, successfully executing campaigns across social, programmatic, search, display and video – in collaboration with specialist teams.
- A proactive self-starter with the ability to introduce new ideas to enhance efficiency.
- Natural leadership skills, capable of leading client discussions and managing relationships with external vendors and publishers.
- Effective mentorship abilities, with experience in line management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ensure the team meets client deadlines and expectations.
- Technical expertise, including knowledge of trafficking tools (CM360) and familiarity with paid social and search platform
