Role Profile

We are recruiting for a Global People and Culture Coordinator to support and collaborate with the wider People and Culture team to deliver a fantastic employee experience to our 280 colleagues worldwide.

This is a full-time permanent role reporting to the Global Head of Operations and Reward .

This role is a balanced working model between home and our modern and centrally located headquarters in London, with an excellent variety of services and transport links situated nearby.

The purpose of the Role

  • This role is the cornerstone of our colleagues’ employee experience – responsible for HR operational support for the entire employee life cycle: onboarding, reward, employee changes, benefits, and offboarding for our colleagues right across the globe.
  • This will require the role to focus on, manage, and improve platforms, systems, and processes, balancing the needs of both the business and the individual.
  • The role will also have the opportunity to contribute to and lead key projects and workstreams that enable LLI’s growth strategy, such as leading the data collection and analysis of the Employee Engagement Survey, identifying areas for improvement in our working environment.
  • You won’t deliver alone; you will work with the Global Head of Reward & Operations, Payroll and Benefits Manager, and the HR Business Partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding
  • Handle diverse and confidential information requiring a high level of accuracy and discretion.
  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team regarding the onboarding process and compliance with Right to Work checks.
  • Initiate new starter processes on HRIS and relevant supporting systems (IT, Finance, etc.).
  • Employee Lifecycle
  • Organise and support new starter and HR inductions.
  • Manage our central Inbox for all colleagues’ questions and queries, resolving where possible or triaging to Payroll and/or HRBPs.
  • Provide advice on people policies and practices including communicating core HR processes to stakeholders, managers, and employees.
  • Support the People & Culture Partners with employee relations including attending disciplinary, grievance, and capability meetings, taking minutes and preparing related correspondence.
  • Management of the HRIS systems to ensure colleague profiles are maintained and accurately updated with any changes throughout the month.
  • Prepare analytical reports from the HRIS regarding attrition and source of hire.
  • Prepare, distribute, and coordinate all aspects of employee administration throughout the employee life cycle including change of terms letters, leaver documentation, family leave letters, and reference requests.
  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Work with the Payroll & Benefits Specialist to support the administration for employee benefits (e.g., life assurance, health cover, pensions).
  • Ensure all deadlines are met for monthly data changes with the Payroll & Benefits Specialist.

What we are looking for:

Essential

  • At least 12 months experience in a HR advisor or administration role.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HR administrative processes such as onboarding and employee lifecycle.
  • Experience of using a HRIS and maintaining colleague records.
  • Proven experience in MS Office suite including MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong planning and organisation skills – an ability to appropriately re-prioritise and change as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal with external and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining a high level of data accuracy.

Desirable

  • Experience supporting an international stakeholder base.
  • Experience supporting a payroll function.
  • Previous experience using BambooHR.
  • A CIPD qualification or studying towards.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced digital SaaS subscription business and/or at a start-up.
