Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
An exciting opportunity to join an established FM service provider has arisen! We are currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a team of 4 engineers at a prestigious commercial building near King’s Cross station.
Working Hours: 10:00-19:00, Monday to Friday
Responsibilities of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
- Planned Preventative Maintenance of all plant associated with HVAC systems
- Replacement of bearings, seals, filters, and associated components
- Knowledge of general building services practices
- Strong Mechanical experience with some Electrical knowledge
- Bulk of the work includes emergency lights, fan coils, AHUs, pressurisation vessels, pumps
- Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld
About You as a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
- Qualified in a Mechanical discipline with certificates.
- Plumbing and Mechanical skills
- Experience with PPM’s on commercial systems
- Steady and progressive work history
- Experienced in work on large scale building services applications
