The Home Manager is responsible for the care, commercial management, and profitability of the Home in accordance with Maria Mallaband Care Group policies, procedures, and all external regulatory requirements. This includes the efficient and effective day-to-day operation of the Home, developing exceptional personalized services for every service user and their loved ones, managing all staff, and fostering positive relationships with external stakeholders. This role is fundamental within Social Care.
All management roles come with a competitive salary package plus a bonus based on KPIs. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance to the location of the role. For those considering relocation, we offer a £2000 relocation package.
About You:
We are seeking a Home Manager with the following skills, qualifications, and experience:
- A qualified RGN/RMN with a valid NMC pin number
- Previous experience as a registered home manager in a Care Home environment is desirable but not essential
- A committed and organized approach
- Excellent communication skills with experience in leading and motivating staff
- A good understanding of Regulatory Compliance and the ability to demonstrate delivery of quality service
