Warehouse Operative

Receive and check deliveries against a purchase order ensuring accurate counts, sufficient best before dates and quality control of products received

Put away of pallets once delivery checks complete

Picking of orders

Ensuring all products are handled correctly to minimize damages

Completing stock checks to guarantee correct stock levels

Reporting all stock discrepancies, date issues or other related concerns to management

A team player who can also work independently when required

Someone who demonstrates attention to detail

You should consider yourself physically fit

Have basic literacy and numeracy skills

Be prepared to work in a cold store at -20 (full protective equipment is provided)

Ideally hold a Reach Forklift /Counterbalance Forklift/Pallet Truck licence

A full-time position contracted to 43 hours per week. Working Monday-Wednesday 06:30-16:00 and Thursday-Friday 06:15-16:00 plus 1 in 4 Saturday when required by business needs.

£27,950.00 per annum
