Our Academy

You’ll receive hands-on, high-impact training from day one, learning directly from some of the best in the industry, including both our Sales Director and Commercial Director, and buddy up with Senior Consultants to put your classroom theory into practice, in a real-time sales environment. It's a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment and we promise you'll never be on your own.

The role

As a Recruitment Associate, you'll start in our Academy learning the foundations of recruitment before joining one of our specialist teams. You will be:

  • Learning the ropes of recruitment, from sourcing top-tier talent to closing deals
  • Building relationships with candidates and becoming a trusted career advisor
  • Supporting clients and matching great people with great opportunities
  • Staying ahead of IT trends and learning what makes industries move
  • Growing your confidence in a professional, high-energy sales environment

  • Recent high calibre graduates or individuals with experience in a target-driven sales environment
  • Inquisitive, energetic and commercially curious
  • Strong communicators with a genuine interest in people
