What Is The Role?
- You will be a 360° Recruitment Business Consultant, managing the entire end-to-end recruitment process. This includes sourcing candidates, business development, bringing on clients to a cold desk, and making placements.
- You will essentially be running your own mini-business within a niche industry vertical (think Alternative Food Products, Lab Equipment, Diagnostics, Cyber Security, etc.). You will be the only person in our business specializing in your given industry.

Your Responsibilities
- Sourcing high-level candidates and placing them with companies across the globe.
- Developing new business and clients from scratch to build career-changing relationships.
- Conducting interviews over the phone as well as video calls with candidates and clients.
- Providing market maps and salary benchmarking to assist clients with strategic hires.
