Job Title: Senior IT Systems Consultant (potential long term contract)

Our client is a rapidly expanding fashion wholesale, retail and eCommerce business specializing in fashion apparel and footwear. With a strong growth trajectory, the company seeks a seasoned Senior IT Systems Consultant to develop and enhance IT systems to support its scaling operations.

The Role:

The Senior IT Systems Consultant will play a critical role in analysing current systems, proposing future-ready IT solutions, and developing a strategic transformation roadmap. The focus will be on optimizing core areas such as PLM, ERP, CRM, eCommerce platforms, and WMS, ensuring they align with business objectives and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Analyse & Improve Systems: Evaluate current systems and business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
2. Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and implement a comprehensive IT transformation roadmap aligned with the company’s growth plans.
3. Solution Delivery: Develop and deliver technical solutions that meet business needs, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
4. Focus Areas: Optimize critical systems including PLM, ERP, CRM, eCommerce platforms, and WMS to support business functions effectively.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
6. Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end delivery of IT solutions for complex projects involving supply chain management, eCommerce, and wholesale.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Significant experience in the apparel, footwear, or fashion industry.
2. Proven track record of delivering IT solutions for large-scale projects involving supply chain management, eCommerce, and wholesale.
3. Strong expertise in systems analysis, technical architecture development, and IT project management.
4. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
5. Familiarity with GT Nexus and Shopify platforms. (Advantageous, Not Essential)
