The role:

- Complex diary and logistics, meetings and travel arrangements.
- Updating database with all relevant client info/details and generating reports.
- Able to work with and handle highly confidential information.
- Attention to detail to ensure all documentation is delivered to a high standard.
- Preparing documents, proof reading and formatting, client pitches, presentations and letters.
- Awareness of projects and key clients and keeping on top of deliverables.
- Understand specifics of each client.
- Preparing and submitting expenses and client billings.
- Seeing projects through from start to finish.
- General support to the team when required.
