My unique and exciting client has an opening for an HR Consultant to support part of a maternity leave cover. This part time HR Consultant will join a small professional, dynamic HR Team, who work with pace, energy and efficiency! A well respected team in a start up high tech environment.
This HR Consultant role will encompass the full generalist role, including ER, Talent Acquisition, and the normal HR projects.
Candidates grad/grad calibre will have significant HR generalist experience gained in a fast paced customer service orientated environment. Start up experience would be useful, but not essential. But the most important ingredient is adaptability and flexibility and a commercial HR approach.
This HR Consultant role can be worked in a hybrid way…over 1, 2, or 3 days, all can be negotiated.
