Description
Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Life Cycle and Benefits
- Support managers with PIPs & PDPs
- Support with ER case work e.g. grievances and disciplinaries
- Support with the Visa renewal process (UK only)
- Keep in touch with Maternity leavers
- Support with Long Term Sick cases
- Send out promotion emails
- Answer queries on People Inbox
- Send out job change / promotion / salary change letters
- Send out probation letters
- Send new joiner surveys to employees once they pass probation
Profile
The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, experience in leading Employee Relations (ER) cases, and a proven ability to support managers effectively. You will need to be immediately available.
Job Offer
- Flexible hours – 10.00-15.00 or 4 days – This can be agreed with the client.
- Hybrid working, 1/2 days in the office
- Day rate via PAYE or Umbrella
