About the Role
Tourism Ireland is the public sector organisation responsible for promoting the Island of Ireland as a tourism destination overseas. Our vision is to utilize technology effectively to connect with individuals through targeted digital advertising at scale.
We are undertaking a digital transformation project, developing bespoke MarTech tools to enhance consumer-centric communication. The past year has challenged the travel sector, prompting us to adopt more tactical and innovative media and communication strategies.
Dockers, part of the LS&Co family and sister brand to Levi\’s, is expanding into new markets and products following a positive 2022 performance. OMD EMEA manages eCommerce planning, buying, and local market brand integration to support our full funnel planning.
You will manage Search activities for Tourism Ireland and Dockers globally across Google Search, overseeing planning and buying of Search advertising. Additionally, you will lead the EMEA hub to promote best practices, training, and innovation.
About You
- Experience managing international paid search media accounts across multiple engines.
- Proficiency with third-party Bid Management tools like Kenshoo, Marin, Search Ads 360, etc.
- Experience mentoring and training junior team members.
- Google Ads & Bing Ads certifications; certifications in bid management platforms are advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor budgets and performance, with proficient Excel skills.
- Experience in campaign execution, optimization, and analysis.
- Ability to create performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Comfortable creating and delivering presentations to clients.
