An established and reputable legal practice in Kent is seeking a skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis.
The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a strong background in property litigation and a passion for delivering exceptional legal services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a diverse range of litigation matters, including commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, construction disagreements, insolvency issues, debt recovery, and contested wills.
- Actively contribute to the growth of the Dispute Resolution department through networking and relationship-building.
- Participate in team meetings and provide input on departmental initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to firm policies regarding time recording, accounts, and administrative protocols.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 12 years PQE in Dispute Resolution or Property Litigation.
- Proven experience managing a variety of litigation cases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., ATAPS) is advantageous.
