Job Description

Our client is seeking an ambitious Project Architect to join their established award winning Architectural practice based in Sheffield. The successful Project Architect will collaborate with a team on a variety of projects within the Residential, Commercial, Leisure, Student Accommodation and Retail sectors. Our clients current projects are more focuses in the Leisure sector and contract values are between £5m – £10m. The successful Project Architect will be working across all RIBA Stages as our client require someone who is able to run projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Project Architect, to join an employee focused company who offer fantastic career progression opportunities. The most successful Project Architect should have a good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD.

Project Architect Position Overview

  • Occasional site visits
  • Develop designs into working drawings
  • Coordinate tender and construction design packages
  • Submission of planning / building regs
  • Work on projects throughout all RIBA stages
  • Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
  • Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
  • Participate in team meetings

Project Architect Position Requirements

  • Based within a commutable distance of Sheffield
  • ARB Qualified Architect
  • Good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD
  • Motivated individual
  • Ability to work well as part of a design / technical team
  • Good design skills
  • Experience across all RIBA Stages, able to run projects

Project Architect Position Remuneration

  • Competitive salary (£38,000 – £45,000 DOE)
