Skills And Experience Needed

1. Engineering Qualification level 3 and above
2. Experience in an engineering maintenance environment
3. Managing projects

Duties Will Include

1. Carry out ongoing improvements projects.
2. Maintain on a daily basis the reliability of factory equipment.
3. Raise planned maintenance and resolve challenges of equipment problems.
4. Gathering and analysis of equipment efficiency and downtime to drive continuous improvement.
5. Production of downtime data for weekly meetings.
6. Lead and support installation projects.
7. Develop weekly and monthly maintenance plans that improve equipment performance and availability.
