Interim HR Process Analyst

Partnering with a client based in London to recruit an Interim HR Process Analyst. The role is to analyse and optimise the organisation’s global HR processes and look at the system capabilities. The role is for 6-12 months initially and to start immediately, offering hybrid working.

Description

1. Analyse, design and optimise HR processes
2. Map out the ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes, looking at areas of improvement
3. Process mapping
4. HR Process optimisation of the HR function to identify efficiency opportunities
5. Work in collaboration with the global HR team
6. Use data to drive HR process improvement and identify key themes and trends of pain points
7. Lead on communication and project management of the project
8. Map out the global end to end HR processes
9. Provide suggestions on how to optimise the system enhancement
10. Continuous improvement
11. Identify and implement what ‘good’ looks like
12. Support with wider system enhancements as they look to implement the onboarding and learning modules

Profile

Job Offer

Interim HR Process Analyst

£500-550 per day outside IR35
