This exciting Investment Management organization has a unique opportunity for an experienced Security Manager to step into a Lead role in order to help grow the Physical Security function and shape the Global function. This is an exciting opportunity as you will be able to grow a team under yourself in the future, and this is a new role in the team in which you will report directly to the Global Head of Security.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Process design and improvement
- Developing and implementing security strategies
- Building services integration, including developing roadmaps and integrating IoT systems
- Data governance
The company is looking for someone who has experience with:
- Office security
- Implementing security technologies
- Understanding platform integration in smart buildings
- Good project management knowledge (desirable)
The organization has a state-of-the-art office based in Central London, where you will be onsite 3 days a week and work from home 2 days a week.
