This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Litigation Lawyer to join our client’s flourishing practice in Northamptonshire. The successful candidate will handle a complex and busy caseload of civil litigation matters. The role is full-time on a permanent basis and an on-site role.

Responsibilities

  1. Landlord and Tenant disputes
  2. Contentious Probate
  3. Contractual Disputes
  4. Employment Law and Employment Tribunal proceeding
  5. Settlement Agreements
  6. Civil Litigation
  7. Commercial Disputes between Businesses and Boundary Disputes
  8. Assisting others within the litigation department
  9. Business development
  10. Marketing
