Commercial Property Solicitor – Leeds Highly ranked commercial property team are seeking an experienced commercial property solicitor to join them during an exciting period of growth. This commercial property solicitor will be joining the Leeds office on a hybrid basis. This commercial property team works on a range of commercial and residential property finance work. Working across the healthcare sector and more, you\’ll be working with an enviable client base. Your caseload will include: Acquisitions of development sites Funding Real estate finance security work Landlord and tenant work Due diligence Corporate support You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 4 years\’ PQE. You\’ll be able to show some experience in real estate development work and/or real estate finance. You\’ll be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills and a commercial approach.
