Job Description
Data Scientist
£65k
Derby (Hybrid)
We are collaborating with a prominent hospitality company that is looking to add a Data Scientist to its team. The data scientist will focus on customer data and be responsible for the end-to-end deployment of various models, including propensity, customer segmentation, and CLV models, to analyze customer behaviour and provide insights to support marketing decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure the effective implementation of requirements and solutions.
- Develop a variety of data science models, ranging from statistical models to customer segmentations.
- Lead the development of data science models and establish best practices, contributing to the company’s transition toward becoming more data-driven.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists on the team.
This role requires one day a week in Burton.
