Outdoor & Cycle Concepts (O&CC) , one of the UK\’s largest outdoor retailers trading as Cotswold Outdoor, RunnersNeed, and Snow and Rock, is seeking a passionate Assistant Store Manager to join our Rushden team . Not only do we inspire people to go outdoors and provide outdoor enthusiasts with world-leading products, but we also do our bit to ensure that we take care of our environment by reducing our carbon footprint. Your Role:

  • Leading your team to success and ensuring excellent customer service across the store.
  • Assisting with core operational processes, such as stock management and audits.
  • Maintaining high standards throughout the store.
  • Motivating your team in the absence of the Store Manager.

About You:

We are looking for retail management professionals, ideally with experience in outdoor, apparel, or footwear retail.

  • Experience with KPIs, budgeting, and planning.
  • A track record of developing successful teams.
