The Strategy Manager is a fixed term contract tasked with driving development of a new Income Generation Strategy working collaboratively with subject matter experts across the organisation. The role will give practical advice and influence new strategies where needed, achieving real impact by ensuring the organisation has a robust and effective strategy ecosystem.
As our Strategy Manager, you will support the Head of Strategic Planning and Director of Strategy and Business Development by driving the effective coordination, delivery and communication of a range of strategically important initiatives and projects, bringing expert analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Who we are looking for
- Highly experienced in developing and implementing integrated strategies and/or project plans
- Demonstrable experience of driving innovation and implementing new initiatives.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects within short or fixed timeframes, demonstrating excellent time management, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong data literacy and numeracy skills, and experience interpreting and presenting qualitative and quantitative data with a good attention to detail.
- Proven experience in planning and managing multiple complex priorities and projects
