Finance & IT Controls Manager

My client is seeking a Finance & IT Controls Manager to join for an initial 6 month period via Fixed Term Contract to help drive their controls framework. Working a hybrid model with a 3/2 split between office/home, you will work closely with the Group Financial Controller as well as other senior leaders to implement best practice across system-based controls enabling a smoother and more efficient group delivery. The Finance & IT Controls Manager will work closely with the finance team and other divisions of the business to continue the strong work already delivered by way of the controls framework.

With an existing framework in place, you will identify opportunities for improvement, optimisation and enhancement of that framework using technology and previous experience to drive and deliver the change.

With a focus on reviewing existing controls, the Finance & IT Controls Manager will take a proactive approach to identifying potential risks and developing process flowcharts as well as control matrices for the change. As a global organisation, you will be responsible for making sure local finance teams understand new processes as well as upskilling the team, where required, to ensure compliance.
