Finance Business Partner | Progressive industry | £55,000 – £65,000 + benefits
We’re currently partnering with a sustainability tech organisation in Bristol to find a Finance Business Partner. This newly created role is a pivotal hire, to collaborate with key business units and provide strategic recommendations and insightful guidance. The organisation is purpose-driven and progressive, holding strong values and a great staff retention record.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts, providing clear financial analysis and commentary to support business performance evaluation
  • Report monthly business performance to the group and present to the c-suite
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, including re-forecasting and financial performance
  • Business partnering with senior leaders in the business, providing strategic insight
  • Line management of management accounts team

Your Profile:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
  • Excellent communicator – able to challenge and influence
  • Competent in MS Excel
  • Proactive attitude towards problem-solving and taking ownership
