Inventory Team Leader

Inventory Team Leader Location: Reading, UK Salary: £35,100 p/a Hours: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (40 hours per week) We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Inventory Team Leader to oversee our late shift operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on ensuring stock accuracy, efficient warehouse processes, and team performance. What You’ll Be Doing as an Inventory Team Leader : Lead inventory, receiving, and kitting operations Ensure accurate stock records through cycle counts and audits Resolve discrepancies and drive process improvements Support team development and maintain 6S standards What We’re Looking For in the Inventory Team Leader: Minimum 1 year in inventory or warehouse operations Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Confident using ERP systems; forklift license a plus Clear communicator with a proactive mindset What We Offer: Competitive pay with shift allowance and bonus Monday–Friday PM shift (no weekends) Full benefits package and career development opportunities Apply now to lead a key part of our operation and help shape inventory excellence!
