Job Description
- Job Title: Office Manager / EA
- Salary: £50,000 – £65,000 DOE
- Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm
- Days in Office: 5 per week
The Company:
This brilliant financial services firm is looking for an Office Manager / EA to hit the ground running and tackle this exciting role in their London office. This is primarily an Office Manager role with some various EA and front of house duties making this a perfect, dynamic role for a flexible candidate!
Responsibilities:
Office Manager duties:
- Maintaining a functional workplace
- Assisting with IT troubleshooting
- Helping with onboarding and offboarding
- Managing and organising events
EA duties:
- Diary management for MD
- Arranging travel (intensity will fluctuate)
- Ad hoc support to CEO if cover is required
Front of House duties:
- Managing and preparing meeting rooms
- Answering main phones
- Meeting and greeting guests
Skills and Experience:
- 2+ years Office Management experience required
- 2+ years EA experience required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high performing environment
- Has worked in a Financial Services firm
- Competent in tech maintenance to aid with external help desk
