We’re working with a well-established and highly respected independent estate agency in North London, currently seeking an ambitious and commercially savvy Commercial Manager to lead and expand their thriving commercial property division.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in a growing part of the business, where you’ll have autonomy, influence, and the support of a dynamic leadership team. You’ll be responsible for driving revenues, managing key client relationships, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the commercial portfolio.

  • Drive growth across commercial sales, lettings, and acquisitions
  • Develop new business opportunities and expand the commercial client base
  • Manage and mentor a small but dedicated team to deliver performance targets
  • Oversee the management and marketing of commercial instructions
  • Maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, developers, and occupiers
  • Keep up to date with market trends, legislation, and competitor activity
  • Proven experience in commercial property (sales, lettings, or asset management)
  • Strong local market knowledge (North and/or Greater London)
  • Experience in a leadership or management role within the commercial sector
  • Exceptional business development, negotiation, and communication skills
