Gateway Housing has been supporting communities to thrive since 1926. We are an ambitious London-based housing association with over 3,000 homes in the heart of London’s East End.
We’re looking for an Income Team Leader to lead and support our Income Collection Specialists, ensuring rent collection is maximised, arrears are minimised, and customers are supported to sustain their tenancies. You’ll play a key role in protecting our income, reducing financial risk, and making sure we comply with regulations.
You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation to improve processes, tackle arrears effectively, and promote financial inclusion for our customers.
