We are seeking an experienced 18+ Youth Coordinator to work with young people aged 18-25. Our service is targeted for those who are at risk of extra familial harm, risk outside the home, exploitation, and harm from serious youth violence.

As an 18+ Youth Coordinator, you should be committed to inspiring young people to be the best they can be and work with them to overcome the risk of harm in the community, using your passion, expertise, and excellent practice to establish and deliver high-quality work to the young adults within Lambeth.

You will have real passion, appropriate experience, and solid knowledge of things that can make a positive difference to young adults. You will need the confidence and credibility to work with multiple stakeholders and build strong partnerships to meet the needs and expectations of a diverse borough.
