The Role :
As a Contentious Probate Solicitor , you will manage a diverse and high-quality caseload of probate disputes, including:

  • Will challenges, trust disputes, and inheritance claims
  • Contentious estate administration
  • Claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975
  • Representing clients in mediation, settlement negotiations, and court proceedings
  • You will play a key role in business development, building strong relationships with clients, families, trustees, and high-net-worth individuals, while working within a team of respected experts.

    Requirements:

  • You must be a Contentious Probate Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
  • Proven experience in litigation and dispute resolution
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex legal issues for clients
