Their Clinical Negligence department is one of the leading teams in the country, offering expert legal representation in complex and high-profile cases. Due to recent successes, my client is expanding the department and seeking a Medical Negligence Solicitor (2-4 years PQE) to join their growing team. Position Overview: This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Legal 500 and Chambers-ranked team of expert solicitors. The successful candidate will handle a varied and challenging caseload , working on inquests, psychiatric and fatal cases, and claims involving Human Rights Act issues . A passion for access to justice and a strong background in medical negligence litigation are essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of medical negligence claims , including inquests, psychiatric injury, fatal cases, and Human Rights Act claims . Conduct legal research, case preparation, and client advocacy . Work closely with medical experts and counsel to develop case strategy. Support and represent clients at inquests and hearings . Provide clear, compassionate, and expert legal advice to clients. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements . Contribute to the growth and success of the Clinical Negligence department . Requirements: Essential: 2-4 years PQE as a Medical Negligence Solicitor .
