About The Role

The primary role of the ServiceNow Senior Technical Consultant is to work closely with customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and then lead the technical delivery of the chosen design.

If you have a background in Enterprise Service Management or SaaS technical delivery in one or more of the following two main areas, we want to hear from you

  • ServiceNow or other ITSM Toolsets (HP Service Manager, BMC/Remedy, Cherwell)
  • Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services)

The candidates should be eligible to obtain a security clearance to theBPSS level and to be eligable for SC.

Responsibilities

  • Lead functional design workshops and develop specifications aligned with both platform capabilities and client requirements, while actively engaging and challenging customer input.
  • Deliver end-to-end technical solutions on ServiceNow, collaborating with Pre-Sales and Delivery teams to support demos, design proofs, and respond to business and technical queries.
  • Contribute to team growth by mentoring peers, sharing best practices, and supporting the development of Eviden’s ServiceNow practice.

Qualifications, Skills And Experience

  • Extensive experience in software implementation and leadership, including managing small teams, delivering consulting or development projects, and producing both technical and customer-facing documentation.
  • Deep expertise in ServiceNow and ITSM tools, with desirable experience in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, CSM, and HR modules, plus knowledge of enterprise SaaS solutions and relevant certifications.
  • Robust technical skill set, including scripting languages (PERL, JavaScript, Python, Shell), web services (REST, SOAP), data formats (XML, JSON), relational databases, and application architecture, with flexibility to travel as required.
