Job Description

Position: Mobile HVAC Engineer

Location: London – Full Time

We have a new opening for an experienced Mobile HVAC Engineer to maintain and repair HVAC systems in a commercial and retail/residential historic estate across Mayfair and Belgravia.

We are looking for someone who will be capable of delivering to the highest level of service for the client. Responsibilities include answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping the client informed of site activities. You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time and understand building control systems and BMS.

The ideal candidate would have:

  1. Experience within a maintenance/facilities management environment
  2. Relevant qualifications such as City & Guilds (6187) Level 1 & 2, C&G Level 3 Heating & Ventilation or Mechanical Engineering, FGAS and ODS desirable, and HWSS – Vented & Unvented Hot Water
  3. Experience with storage systems is desirable
