A leading law firm is seeking a Solicitor, Associate, or Senior Associate to join its growing Private Client team in Oxford. The successful candidate will provide high-quality legal advice to clients, ensuring commercial awareness and exceptional service. Additionally, the role involves supporting marketing initiatives and engaging in business development to enhance the team\’s and firm\’s reputation.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload with supervision, handling cases and transactions efficiently.
  • Engage directly with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers to strengthen client relationships.
  • Build and develop relationships with smaller clients.
  • Contribute to business development efforts and raise personal profile.
  • Oversee time recording, WIP monitoring, and billing.

Skills, Experience, and Attributes:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (4+ years PQE).
  • Previous experience in private client matters.
  • STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable.
