As the Head of Electrical Engineering, you will:

• Lead the Electrical Engineering function, shaping strategy and driving technical excellence in Data Centre design and delivery.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale, complex projects, ensuring innovative and efficient solutions.
• Engage with key industry players, building strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing team of electrical engineers, ensuring best practices and quality standards.
• Oversee project delivery, acting as a technical authority and QC reviewer on major Data Centre projects.
• Drive business growth, supporting client development, proposals, and marketing initiatives.

Experience Needed

• Proven leadership in Electrical Engineering for Data Centres, with expertise in power systems, UPS, generators, and critical infrastructure.
• Strong technical background, with in-depth knowledge of building systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent management skills, with experience in hiring, mentoring, and leading high-caliber engineering teams.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to engage in business development and cultivate client relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills, confident in presenting at industry events, writing thought leadership pieces, and representing the firm publicly.
