Highly prestigious global investment firm with an incredible reputation is seeking a Senior EA to work in their Mayfair based office in a one-to-two Executive Assistant / Senior PA role.

The EAs genuinely work together and support one another in this highly pressurized yet dynamic private equity environment. The Executive Assistant team are valued and invested in, with many having been with the company a long time. This is a highly confidential EA role supporting 2 Senior Partners, one of whom is very high profile within the business and has a meticulous and detail orientated approach.
- Classic EA role including constantly changing and back-to-back diary management and travel scheduling requiring proactive strategic management.
- This Partner EA’s multiple global diary and travel coordination skills will be exemplary as this role is heavily supporting the European team and is demanding in terms of pace.
- This EA / Executive Assistant to Partners will be skilled in managing conflicting priorities and as such be able to demonstrate outstanding communication and diplomacy skills.
- Relationship building with key stakeholders is essential as you will be juggling your Executives’ multiple priorities with tact and discretion – this role is highly P&C at all times.
- This important EA role will suit a self-assured Private Equity Executive Assistant who is used to working at the top of their game in private equity, asset management or venture capital.
- Opportunity to take on some events management in time.
Please note this role is one day working from home, 4 days in the office (flexibility allowed during peak times of travel).
The ideal Executive Assistant will have at least 5 years experience in a similar role within private equity, asset management or investments. The Senior PA will have worked with an EA team previously. Exposure to supporting HR Director beneficial.
