Senior General Manager – Industry Leading Leisure Brand
Location: North Wales
Salary: c£65k basic salary (experience dependent) + 25% bonus
About the Role:
We have a truly exciting opportunity for a General Manager to take the helm at one of the best leisure attractions in Europe. As a General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the site and will be expected to be a natural leader.
You will manage 3 senior department managers and will oversee the operations and commercial performance of this large site.
You should have a natural passion for customer service and health and safety. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong commercial acumen, and is strategic and customer-centric in approach.

What do we need from you?
- At least 3 years’+ senior management experience within the Leisure/Hospitality industry (this must be multi-faceted and at GM level or above)
- The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable with working during peak and off-peak seasonal times
- Previous experience of managing and delivering large budgets (£6 million+)
- Enthusiastic and proactive – able to think on your feet in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team
- Customer-centric approach
- Excellent operational and health & safety standards
