Job Description

Freelance Art Director – Social-First & Campaign-Led

Location: Hybrid, London

Type: Full or part time

We’re looking for a social-first Art Director who knows how to craft scroll-stopping campaigns and bring ideas to life across digital, social, and brand. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, have a deep understanding of culture, trends, and aesthetics, and can build 360 creative decks that sell big ideas, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the creative direction for social, digital, and integrated campaigns
  • Develop visually compelling concepts that align with brand identity and marketing objectives
  • Work within Figma to build high-impact decks and presentations
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to execute bold, engaging creative work
  • Ensure brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-speed, agile environment

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in art direction, branding, or campaign design
  • Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and digital design tools
  • A social-first mindset with a strong understanding of digital and emerging platforms
  • Ability to work under pressure, adapt quickly, and execute with a can-do attitude
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills—able to sell ideas visually and conceptually
  • Experience working in fast-moving, high-performance teams
