My client, a leader in the luxury office space, are looking for an Assistant Customer Services Manager to join them in their London office. Within this position you will have the responsibility of ensuring first-class customer service is always given, whilst also being able to thrive in a busy and ever-changing environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Deliver customer service in a “front of house” capacity, alongside taking calls from the switchboard and ensuring they are logged.
- Ensure that customer and visitor relationships are built and maintained.
- Communicate in writing and verbally with customers, suppliers, colleagues and visitors in a clear and concise manner to ensure agreed service levels are met.
- Ensure that all areas in the building are kept well stocked and maintained, ensuring meeting rooms and common areas are fit for purpose.
- Be confident when showing new customers/visitors the office.
- Make sure that high levels of customer service are always provided and have a strong “can do” attitude.
- Assist the centre manager with various duties including stock levels and training.
- Build relationships with clients and ensure they are satisfied with their office space.
- Manage a small team and work with the Customer Service Manager to support them.
Essential Skills:
- 2-3 years in a similar client-facing and customer service-based role, ideally in serviced office or similar.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Able to build strong and positive relationships.
- Great telephone manner.
- Be positive and approachable.
- Strong Microsoft package skills.
Package:
- Salary of up to £31,500.
- 25 days holiday.
