We are looking for an experienced individual in IT business analysis to take up the role of Senior IT Business Analyst to lead the requirements management process and be involved in the complete product delivery life cycle from conceptualisation to production. The role requires working closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to capture, review, and build requirements for new product launches and improvements to existing features on the FX Matching Venue. The role presents an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment to deliver value to our customers. Main Responsibilities Work with product, architecture, engineering, and operations teams to produce and sign-off requirements. Use various methods such as diagrams, flowcharts, tables, and text to elaborate requirements and improve understanding. Critically analyse requirements and identify efficient implementation methods for quick delivery to production. Engage with product, architecture, and engineering partners to assess and prioritize requirements based on return on investment. Rationalise the design and business architecture of solutions. Conduct impact analysis with architecture teams to understand change complexity. Communicate functional requirements effectively to internal and external vendor development teams for accurate technical implementation. Consider the entire LSEG FX platform ecosystem to identify dependencies and downstream impacts. Prioritize backlogs for delivery PoDs, deliver incremental changes, and conduct feedback sessions. Continuously improve requirements gathering and management practices. Work with quality assurance teams to review testing scopes. Participate in various testing phases, including SIT, UAT, Customer Conformance, and Internal Technical Releases. Deepen understanding of the architecture and operations of the LSEG FX trading platform and contribute to new requirement designs. Build and maintain knowledge repositories. Candidate Profile / Key Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technology business analyst. Degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Communications Engineering, or equivalent experience. Experience with high-performance, low-latency platforms. Knowledge of FIX, Binary protocols, and REST APIs. Experience working in an agile environment. Experience supporting critical system infrastructure in financial markets. Proven ability to drive product roadmaps aligned with business strategy. Strong interpersonal skills.
